Our chennai is having sea diving and scuba diving. Its my personal experience on kattumaram boat ride. Ride with an expert into the sea about 4kms. With the help of Life jacket we can swim in the sea.
We friends of 8 went for the ride which was such a mind blowing experience. We started our journey by bike @ 5.30AM.A long bike drive started with a hot tea.
Reached Kovalam at 7AM and the boat which we booked was ready to sail into the sea. During start itself a little fear has been created because of furry waves which pierces the boat. But it is such a good scenario at the sea where there are no people around only we 8 and the guide. We spent 1 hour there where we had heavenly feel swimming in the sea like a fish(Ofcourse with the help of life jacket). Water seems to more clean than the shore but too salty. We had a very good time where we were roaming in and around with jackets. Playing with balls and swimming race a real adventurous fun.
Its my opinion that everyone must go for such a trip where you will peace mind,leisure and ya body pain also but it gives a feel which is unforgettable for the life time.
